Eric and Josh: A Comic Life

Let’s talk art, shall we?

It’s going to be a bit different than art in Sketch Dump as, for one, it won’t be sketches. Everything will start off using my lightest of pencils, then I’ll go over everything in varying inked thicknesses. In this one, I’m using a fine-point sharpie as the outline for this slightly-too-big Josh. I think “phat” sharpies will be used for panel borders.

After I go over the outlines, I will color them in. That’s right, readers, Shattered will be in full color right from the get-go. I’m actually very excited to do this, because it will make telling apart Joshes easier and it will add to the artistic depth.
