Like the title states, I have neither drawn and inked or “painted” a comic for this week.  Sorry.  I have… other business.  (That, unfortunately, the net will never see.)

But if you feel like reading some comics, try some of the many mangas at Manga Fox!  (Google search it.)  I can recommend One Piece, Naruto, and of course Dragon Ball.
